据《华尔街日报》周日报道， Keurig Dr Pepper Inc （KDP）正接近达成一项约180亿美元的交易，收购荷兰咖啡公司 JDE Peet’s（JDEP.AS）。报道称，两家公司在合并后计划将饮料和咖啡业务分拆。
JDE Peet’s 以 L’Or、Tassimo 和 Douwe Egberts 等品牌闻名，目前市值约为150亿美元；根据伦敦证交所集团（LSEG）数据，Keurig Dr Pepper 的市值接近500亿美元。
JDE Peet’s 上月上调了年度业绩预期，此前公司公布上半年调整后经营利润达7.09亿欧元（约8.31亿美元），超出市场普遍预期，得益于在高企的咖啡价格下仍实现的销售增长。
去年，Keurig Dr Pepper 以9.9亿美元收购了能量饮料制造商 Ghost 的60%股权，并计划在2028年收购剩余股份，以加强其清凉饮料产品组合。
