青岛啤酒股份有限公司（00168）9月2日公告称，公司董事会于2026年9月1日收到执行董事侯秋燕先生的辞职报告。因已届退休年龄，侯秋燕先生辞去第十一届董事会执行董事、财务总监、董事会秘书、联席公司秘书、董事会战略与投资委员会委员及《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》第3.05条项下授权代表等职务，其原定任期至2028年5月19日。截至离任后，侯秋燕先生不再担任公司及其控股子公司任何职务。
公司表示，侯秋燕先生已完成相关工作交接，其离任不会导致董事会成员低于法定人数，也不会影响董事会正常运作。在正式聘任新的董事会秘书前，由公司党委书记、董事长姜宗祥先生代行董事会秘书职责；联席公司秘书罗泰安先生已被委任为公司授权代表。公司后续将按规定完成新任执行董事、财务总监、董事会秘书及董事会战略与投资委员会委员的选聘工作。
公告同时指出，侯秋燕先生与董事会不存在意见分歧，亦无未履行完毕的公开及增持承诺。公司董事会对其任职期间的贡献表示感谢。
