\n\n根据公告，公司分别因强制性可转换债券(A)及(B)合计发行新股30,000,000股及57,972股。发行价分别为每股港币2.6元及港币10元，上述新增股份合计占变动前公司已发行股本约0.0736%，公司已发行股本因而增至40,871,355,070股。
\n\n公告同时披露，公司已就上述事项获得董事会正式授权，并确认所有法律、法规及上市规则程序均已遵守。公告由联席公司秘书罗杰签署。
