New Hope Service (03658) announced that Non-Executive Director Ms. Zhang Wei has resigned from her position, effective March 25, 2026. Ms. Zhang stated that she intends to dedicate more time to her other business and personal commitments. Following her resignation, she will no longer serve as a member of the company’s audit committee. Non-Executive Director Mr. Jiang Mengjun has been appointed as a member of the audit committee, effective from the same date.
