本月内，公司无新增发行、回购、注销或库藏股操作，亦无股份期权和股权激励方面的新增授出、行使或失效事宜。公司确认已符合适用的公众持股量要求，持续遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关法律法规。
