亚证地产(股票代码:00271)公布截至二零一五年十二月三十一日止年度业绩。期内收入为50,338,000港元,较二零一四年的47,286,000港元增加3,052,000港元,升幅约6%。本年度净亏损为214,177,000港元,相比上年度的74,752,000港元显著扩大,主要原因是本年度投资物业公允价值减少206,701,000港元,而上年同期减少额为67,862,000港元;每股基本亏损为17.26港元(二零一四年:6.03港元)。

于报告期末,本集团总资产由二零一四年十二月三十一日的2,297,944,000港元降至2,023,299,000港元;其中投资物业由2,266,120,000港元减少至2,096,980,000港元。股本及储备总额则由1,742,069,000港元下降至1,522,122,000港元,非流动负债合计为501,177,000港元(二零一四年:555,875,000港元)。期末流动(负债)/资产净值为(98,416,000)港元,而上年度同期数据为1,255,000港元。财报同时显示,物业、厂房及设备账面值为284,000港元,职工成本(包括董事酬金)合计11,641,000港元。

融资方面,截至二零一五年底,银行借款总额增至180,000,000港元(二零一四年:100,000,000港元),导致资产负债比率(以净负债除以权益总额计算)从二零一四年的26%上升至33%。董事会决议不派发本年度股息(上年度同样无派息),且报告期内并无重大收购、出售、重大投资或或然负债交易。
