嘉高达资本（控股）集团（股票代码：01468）8月10日发布股东周年大会通函之补充公告。公司董事会已采纳审核委员会建议，拟续聘长青（香港）会计师事务所有限公司（下称“长青”）为公司核数师，任期至下届股东周年大会结束。董事会并建议授权董事会厘定核数师酬金。
公告显示，双方协定截至2027年3月31日止年度的估计审计费用约为1,250,000港元，预计将与截至2026年3月31日止年度的审计费用相若。公司指出，在确定审计费用时，已综合考虑集团营运及报告架构的规模与复杂程度、审计工作的预期范围及时间表、所需资源与专业知识，以及当前市场费率等因素。
董事会认为，经与长青公平磋商后，该估计审计费用属公平合理，并与拟进行的审计项目范围及要求相符。公司预计在业务范围、营运、会计政策或监管环境不出现重大变化的前提下，最终审计费用不会与上述估计金额产生重大偏差；倘若出现重大变动，公司将适时另行披露。
