Mobicon Posts June 2026 Monthly Return: No Change in Share Capital, Public Float Remains Compliant

Mobicon Group Limited has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood at 2 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million. There were no increases or reductions in this figure over the month.

Issued share capital was stable at 200 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares. Consequently, Mobicon’s total issued share count also stayed at 200 million.

Management affirmed that the public float continued to exceed the Main Board’s Initial Prescribed Threshold of 25 percent of issued shares, indicating full compliance with listing requirements.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity–linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding, and no share repurchases or cancellations occurred during the reporting period.

The filing, signed by Company Secretary Tsoi Ho Yin, also confirms that all statutory and regulatory obligations related to the company’s share capital remain satisfied.
