沪上阿姨孖展超购突破1000倍，申购额超285亿港元
4月30日，沪上阿姨认购火爆！孖展超额认购突破1000倍，申购金额超285亿港元。
沪上阿姨拟全球发售241.134万股H股，其中香港发售占10%，国际发售占90%，另有超额配股权不超过15%；发售价将不高于每股发售股份113.12港元，且预期不低于每股发售股份95.57港元，每手30股，认购金额为3427.83港元/手，将于5月8日正式登陆港交所。
这一认购数据不仅反映出投资者对茶饮赛道的持续看好，也凸显了沪上阿姨作为中端茶饮品牌的市场吸引力。
可供参考的是，此前在港股上市的四大茶饮品牌中，除大热的蜜雪集团IPO网上认购倍数达到了5258倍外，奈雪、古茗和茶百道分别为432倍、195倍和0.5倍。换言之，沪上阿姨或将成为仅次于蜜雪集团的人气茶饮新股。
招股书显示，沪上阿姨是中国前五大现制茶饮店品牌之一，截至2024年底，门店总数达9176间，2024年GMV超过107亿元。该公司主要采取加盟业务模式，99.7%为加盟商经营，并战略性聚焦下沉市场，50.5%门店位于三线及以下城市。
