TIANJINPORT DEV (03382) announced that on September 25, 2025, Alliance International Company (a subsidiary of the Company) entered into a renovation contract with Jinan Heavy Industry Company for an upgrade project, with a consideration of RMB 29.444 million (inclusive of tax).

According to the specification requirements in Alliance International Company's tender documents, Jinan Heavy Industry Company will conduct upgrades and renovations on four quay cranes, including but not limited to upgrading the electrical control systems, cable reel systems, drag systems, and hydraulic systems of the quay cranes, as well as anti-corrosion performance enhancement and other related services. The consideration includes all costs such as prices for the aforementioned related services, customs clearance fees, packaging fees, logistics fees, and value-added tax.

Jinan Heavy Industry Company is also required to provide relevant consulting services and after-sales technical support at no charge.

The contract term runs from the signing date of the renovation contract to June 30, 2027 (wherein the installation and commissioning period for the renovation project equipment shall not exceed 15 months from the contract signing date, and testing operations after installation and commissioning shall be no less than 3 months).

Through entering into this renovation contract, Alliance International Company will be able to enhance the safety performance and technical performance of its quay cranes, improve operational efficiency, and make production safer, more stable, and controllable, thereby strengthening terminal competitiveness and creating greater benefits for the Group.
