创梦天地自2017年起成为Playrix的中国区发行商，成功发行了《梦幻花园》《梦幻家园》等游戏的国服版本。此次战略投资被视为双方深化合作的重要举措，体现了Playrix对创梦天地在海外精品游戏发行业务上的认可。分析认为，这一合作模式的升级，从"代理发行"到"股权绑定"，为双方后续的长期合作发展搭建了稳定互利的共赢通道。此外，创梦天地近期发布的2025年上半年业绩预喜，加上下半年多款产品密集上线等利好因素，使得市场对公司未来业绩表现预期向好。
