极兔速递环球有限公司（01519）于2026年2月27日发布翌日披露报表，披露当日回购2,270,000股B类普通股，占回购前公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）约0.0286%。本次回购于香港联交所进行，每股回购价介乎10.21港元至10.31港元，总金额约23,315,397港元（约2,331.54万港元）。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本维持在7,926,535,257股，其中实际流通股数降至7,922,709,257股。库藏股数量增至3,826,000股。公司此前在2025年6月18日获得回购授权，可回购股份总数为889,651,286股，而迄今已回购11,046,000股。
公司确认本次回购遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司联席公司秘书郑程杰签署。
