Shangri-La Asia Announces Resignation of Executive Director and Group CIO Effective 8 July 2026

Shangri-La Asia Limited disclosed that Mr Chua Chee Wui will leave the group on 8 July 2026, relinquishing his positions as Executive Director, Group Chief Investment Officer and member of the Board’s Executive Committee.

According to the board filing, Mr Chua resigned to pursue personal interests. He confirmed having no disagreements with the board, and no matters related to his departure require shareholder attention. The board expressed its appreciation for his service.

Following the change, the company’s board will comprise: • Executive Directors: Ms Kuok Hui Kwong (Chairman and Group CEO), Mr Teo Nee Chuan (Group CFO and Group Head of Investment and Asset Management (China)). • Non-Executive Director: Mr Lim Beng Chee. • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Professor Li Kwok Cheung Arthur, Mr Yap Chee Keong, Mr Li Xiaodong Forrest, Mr Zhuang Chenchao, Ms Khoo Shulamite N K, and Mr Chua Yuan Wen William.

The company did not announce an immediate successor for the Group Chief Investment Officer role.
