天福（开曼）控股有限公司（联交所股份代号：06868）于2026年4月14日公告，基于此前获股东大会批准的购回授权，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购3,000股普通股。
此次回购股份约占公司于2026年4月13日已发行股本的0.0003%，每股回购价格介乎每股2.85港元至2.86港元，总耗资约8,570港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本数量仍为1,082,954,460股，所回购股份将作注销处理。
购回授权决议于2025年5月9日获股东大会通过，授权购回上限为108,375,546股。截至本次回购后，公司确认已遵守相关上市规则及适用法律规定。
