According to the latest filings from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 23, Chen Jie acquired an additional 208,000 shares of PARADISE ENT (01180).
The purchase was executed at an average price of HKD 0.9744 per share, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HKD 202,700.
Following this acquisition, Chen Jie's total shareholding increased to roughly 696 million shares, representing a 66.18% stake in the company.
