建发新胜（00731.HK）3月13日发布盈利警告称，依据截至2025年12月31日止年度的最新未经审计综合管理账目初步评估，公司预计2025财年将录得归属于公司拥有人净亏损约0.715亿至0.765亿港元，而上一财年同期实现净利润约0.246亿港元，业绩出现由盈转亏。
公司指出，业绩转差主要受以下两方面因素影响： 1. 2024财年因债务重组下未申报索偿被解除，录得约1.282亿港元一次性收益；2025财年不再具备该等收益基数。 2. 复杂多变的贸易环境、消费市场复苏缓慢、包装用纸整体定价承压以及原材料价格波动收窄了成品与原材料之间的价差，导致造纸分部盈利能力承压。
若剔除2024财年1.282亿港元一次性收益，去年经调整净亏损约为1.036亿港元。以此口径计算，公司预计2025财年净亏损将同比收窄约26.2%至31.0%。
建发新胜表示，相关数据尚未经过核数师审阅或审核，最终经审计业绩预计将在2026年3月底公布。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
