港股捷利交易宝金融科技有限公司(08017)公告称，董事会拟于即将召开的股东周年大会上，寻求股东一般及无条件授权，以回购最多相当于通过相关决议案当日已发行股份总数（不包括库存股份）10%的股份。据公告披露，公司截至最后实际可行日期已发行股份总数为7.50亿股，其中约4306.40万股为库存股份，此次回购上限相当于约7069.36万股。
公司表示，将在遵守开曼群岛公司法、香港联合交易所有限公司创业板上市规则以及公司组织章程细则的前提下，通过合法资金来源实施股份购回。董事会认为，此举有望提高公司资产净值及每股收益，有助于提升股东回报和优化资本结构，符合公司及股东整体利益。
公司将于2026年6月30日（星期二）上午10时在深圳前海深港合作区南山街道兴海大道3040号前海世茂金融中心二期2808室召开股东周年大会，以审议并批准该回购授权等相关议程。根据已公布的安排，公司将于6月25日至6月30日暂停办理股份过户登记。董事会强调，目前尚无任何即时回购计划，后续将根据实际情况决定是否和何时行使授权。
