CNQC International Holdings Limited (“CNQC International”) has notified registered shareholders that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.cnqc.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders are strongly encouraged to review the electronic version of the report. Those who previously elected to receive printed corporate communications will receive a hard copy by mail.

Investors who experience difficulty accessing the online report, or who wish to switch to printed communications for future documents, may submit a completed Change Request Form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. CNQC International reminds shareholders that maintaining a functional email address on record is essential for receiving electronic notifications of future corporate communications. Without a valid email address, shareholders will receive these notices and any actionable communications only in printed form until an update is provided.
