Berkshire Hathaway's annual shareholder meeting is scheduled for May 2, 2026. A key change in this year's agenda is the expansion of the management team participating in the Q&A session. New CEO Greg Abel will be joined by more core executives from various business lines to directly address shareholder questions. This move is seen as a signal of the company's further shift towards a hands-on management style with deeper business integration.

According to the schedule, during the first Q&A session at 9:30 AM on Saturday, May 2, Greg Abel will appear alongside Vice Chairman Ajit Jain, who oversees insurance operations. In a second Q&A session at 11:45 AM, Abel will invite two key business segment leaders to make their first-ever appearances on stage: BNSF Railway CEO Katie Farmer and NetJets CEO Adam Johnson, who also serves as President of Consumer Products, Services, and Retail Operations.
