2026年6月30日，伟志控股有限公司（01305）公告称，已于2026年6月29日在香港联交所场内回购公司股份，共涉及1万股普通股，约占回购前已发行股本的0.0046%。本次回购的每股价格为0.85港元，合计动用资金8,500港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）变动为2.16865亿股，库藏股为286万股，总发行股本维持在2.19725亿股。
公司透露，此次回购基于2026年5月27日通过的购回授权。授权通过时，可回购股份的总数为2,197.25万股，截至目前公司已回购2,860,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数目的13.0163%。本次场内回购后，公司确认遵守了香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法规规定，并将遵循30天暂止期的要求，暂定至2026年7月29日止。
