2026年7月17日，龙翼航空科技控股有限公司（00918，下称“龙翼航空科技”或“公司”）发布补充公告，澄清前一日（2026年7月16日）披露的控股股东出售股份公告中的一处百分比误植。
公司指出，原公告第2页第一段的持股比例存在无意文书错误。经更正：在出售事项完成前，卖方持有公司527,238,938股股份，占公司已发行股本总额的47.33%，并为公司的控股股东。
除上述数字调整外，原公告的其他内容保持不变。
公司董事会现任成员包括执行董事张金兵先生、王悦来先生、杨则允先生及王建先生；独立非执行董事为蔡家瑩女士、何晓东女士及揭英汉先生。
