APT Satellite Holdings Limited announced that its latest Corporate Communications—comprising the 2025 Annual Report, a circular dated 21 April 2026, and the accompanying proxy form—are now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.apstar.com) and on HKEx’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously chosen to receive hard-copy materials will find printed versions enclosed with this notice. All other investors can download the documents under the “Investors” section of the corporate site.

To accelerate the transition to paperless communication, APT Satellite is encouraging shareholders to provide a functional email address at least seven days in advance by contacting the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email (1045-ecom@vistra.com).

Key operational details: • If no email address is on record—or if the address supplied is unusable—the company will continue to mail: 1) written notifications of online publication for general corporate communications and 2) printed versions of any actionable corporate communications that require shareholder instructions. • Shareholders may change their preferred method of receipt or request printed copies of the current documents at any time by submitting the Change Request Form included in the mailing, or by contacting Tricor Investor Services Limited. • Requests for printed copies of future corporate communications remain valid until 31 December 2026 unless revoked or superseded.
