大唐国际发电股份有限公司（股票代码：00991，以下简称“大唐发电”）7月20日公告称，公司计划于2026年8月6日10时30分召开2026年第二次临时股东大会。
根据公司章程安排，自2026年8月3日至2026年8月6日（含首尾两日），公司将暂停办理H股股份过户登记手续。2026年8月3日登记在公司股东名册上的H股股东可出席并表决。
拟获取出席资格的H股股东须于2026年7月31日16时30分前，将过户文件及相关股份证明递交至公司H股股份过户登记处香港中央证券登记有限公司（地址：香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712-1716号铺）。
载有临时股东大会提呈决议案详细资料的会议通知及通函将适时在香港交易及结算所有限公司披露易网站及公司官网发布。
