久融控股（02358）公告，公司及其附属公司于2025年10月16日至2026年5月26日期间，通过港交所场内交易累计出售58,970,000股宋都服务集团（SSG，股份代号：9608）股份，套现约336.29万港元（未计交易成本）。该等股份占SSG已发行股本约1.536%。本次减持的成交价介乎每股0.044港元至0.092港元，所得款项已以现金结算。交易对手为公开市场独立第三方。交易完成后，久融控股仍持有33,850,000股SSG股份，占后者已发行股本约0.88%。受让股东曾于2025年3月6日获授权出售SSG股份，但当时授权规定最低售价为每股0.17港元。由于本次交易价格低于该门槛，因此并未沿用此前授权。根据港交所《上市规则》第14章计算，相关适用百分比率合计介于5%至25%之间，交易构成须予披露交易。公司已按规定发布公告，并表示将继续严格遵守信息披露要求。久融控股将把本次交易所得净额约336万港元用作集团一般营运资金。董事会认为，此举有助于在宏观经济不确定背景下优化资源配置并调整投资组合。公开资料显示，SSG主要从事物业管理、非业主增值服务、社区增值服务及长租公寓等业务。其2025财年实现收益23.14亿元人民币，归属母公司净利润1.73亿元，期末归属净资产为41.06亿元人民币。公司表示，未来将视市场情况继续处置剩余SSG股份；若后续交易达到更高级别分类标准，将及时另行公告。
