Saint Bella Group Adds 60,000 Shares to Treasury Through On-Market Buyback

Saint Bella Group Limited disclosed that it repurchased 60,000 ordinary shares on 5 October 2026 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying between HKD 2.59 and HKD 2.69 per share for a total consideration of HKD 0.16 million. The volume-weighted average price was HKD 2.6561.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0097 % to 615.64 million, while treasury shares rose to 6.55 million. The company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 622.20 million.

The buyback was executed under the mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 62.22 million shares. Including the latest purchase, 6.55 million shares—equivalent to 1.05 % of the share base at the mandate date—have been bought back. Under Hong Kong listing rules, Saint Bella is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 4 November 2026.
