F8企业（控股）集团有限公司（股份代号：08347，於香港联交所GEM上市）发布公告称，公司已获股东大会批准授出一般及无条件授权，可在联交所GEM或其他收到香港交易及结算所有限公司及香港证监会认可的交易所回购不超过该公司于相关决议案通过之日已发行股份（不包括库存股）总数10%的股份。截至2026年7月16日，公司已发行股本总数为137,520,190股，此次授权对应的最高回购数量为不超过13,752,019股。
公告指出，F8企业将根据适用法律、监管规定及公司组织章程细则，以合法可动用的资金进行股份回购，公司亦可将回购取得的股份注销或视市场情况用于转换为公司库存股。公司表示，此举将有助于提升每股收益、优化资本结构和增强股东回报。董事会认为，本次回购计划符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益，将在适当时机酌情行使该回购授权。
此外，F8企业将于2026年8月28日（星期五）下午2时30分在香港九龙九龍塘举行股东周年大会。为确定股东参会及投票资格，公司将于2026年8月25日（星期二）至8月28日（星期五）期间暂停办理股份过户登记手续。
