U.S. Authorizes Delivery and Sale of Select Russian Crude Oil Shipments

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued General License No. 134A, authorizing the delivery and sale of crude oil and petroleum products originating from Russia that were loaded onto vessels prior to March 12. The license permits transactions involving these products that were already loaded onto "any vessel" as of 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on March 12. The authorization is valid until 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on April 11.
