中国旺旺（股票代码：00151）于2026年3月30日发布公告称，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购1,400,000股普通股，占已发行股本约0.0119%。本次回购每股价格介乎4.49港元至4.55港元，合计耗资约6,341,690港元（约634.17万港元）。
公告显示，截至3月30日，公司已发行股本为11,803,071,135股。由于回购股份尚未注销，已发行股本结存暂未发生变化。根据此前于2025年8月26日获股东大会通过的购回授权，公司可回购股份总数为1,180,307,113股。
公司在公告中确认，相关股份回购事项已符合香港联交所相关上市规则及适用法律法规的要求。公告由董事黎康仪签署。
