本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）变为518,273,118股，库藏股增至16,166,800股，公司已发行股本总数仍为534,439,918股。公告显示，贪玩此前于2026年6月17日通过了购回授权，授权可回购股份上限为52,122,911股。截至目前，公司合计回购股份2,956,000股，占授权当日已发行股本约0.57%。根据公告，回购事宜已获得董事会正式授权，并遵守联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。回购完成后至2026年8月23日期间，不得未经联交所批准发行新股或出售（转让）任何库藏股。
