It was reported that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on November 19, a shareholder of PACIFIC LEGEND (08547) transferred shares from Hong Ya Capital to Bank of China (Hong Kong), with a transfer value of HK$6.23 million, accounting for 7.75% of the total.
PACIFIC LEGEND announced that on November 18, 2025 (after trading hours), the company entered into a subscription agreement with the subscriber. Under the agreement, the company conditionally agreed to allot and issue, and the subscriber conditionally agreed to subscribe for a total of 17.1 million subscription shares at a price of HK$0.17 per share.
