消息面上，英诺赛科今年上半年实现销售收入5.53亿元，同比增长43.4%；毛利率为6.8%，对比2024年同期实现毛利率转正，大幅提升28.4个百分点，实现毛利率转正里程碑；净亏损则同比收窄12.16%。值得注意的是，上半年，公司面向AI及数据中心的销售同比增长180%，基于100V氮化镓的48v-12v应用进入量产。
华创证券指出，作为全球唯一覆盖15V-1200V全电压谱系的氮化镓功率半导体供应商，公司覆盖消费电子、数据中心、新能源车及工业电源等核心应用场景，有望受益各下游应用中GaN渗透带来的业绩增长。考虑公司在高端业务布局进展飞速，氮化镓应用在数据中心、新能源汽车、人形机器人等关键领域实现全面突破，该行上调公司25-27年营收预测及归母净利润预测。
