同期，公司综合毛利率为16.61%，同比提升0.57个百分点。经营活动产生的现金流量净额达10.61亿元，同比大幅增长167.26%。

董事会审议通过2026年中期利润分配方案：以实施权益分派股权登记日的总股本为基数，向全体股东每10股派发现金红利0.6962元（含税），预计派发总额7,822.82万元。

期内，公司研发投入2.18亿元，主要聚焦大马力及智能化农机产品开发。现金及现金等价物期末余额为10.74亿元。
