中国农业银行股份有限公司于2026年3月3日发布2026年2月股份变动月报，报告期截至2026年2月28日。根据公告披露，公司本月各类股份数量保持稳定，未发生新增发行、购回或注销情形。
公司注册股本维持人民币349,983,033,873元。其中，H股股票代码为01288，已发行股份总数为30,738,823,096股；A股股票代码为601288，于境外未上市，已发行股份总数为319,244,210,777股；上述两类普通股的股份数量均无变动。此外，公司另有两组优先股（证券代号分别为360001和360009），各自发行规模均为400,000,000股，同样未发生变动。
公告还显示，公司先前发行的总额人民币800亿元强制可转换优先股，在触发特定条件后或将转换为32,520,325,203股A股，但本期并未因此产生新增发行或转让。
报告最后强调，本月内公司股本总数未见变动，且已满足香港联交所上市规则有关公众持股量的要求。本次月报由公司秘书刘清签署。
