Bank of Chongqing Co., Ltd. (BCQ) released its Monthly Return on Movements in Securities for the period ending 31 May 2026, showing minimal changes to its overall share capital and confirming compliance with Hong Kong public-float rules.

Authorised / Registered Capital • Total authorised share capital remained unchanged at 3.63 billion shares, each with a par value of RMB 1. • H-share authorisation stood steady at 1.58 billion shares. • Authorised A-share capital increased marginally by 841 shares to 2.05 billion.

Issued Shares • Issued H shares were unchanged at 1.58 billion; no treasury H shares are held. • Issued A shares rose by 841 to 2.05 billion, driven by bond conversions; no treasury A shares are held. • BCQ confirmed that the H-share public float continues to exceed the 5 % threshold required for PRC issuers on the Hong Kong Main Board.

Convertible Bond Activity • RMB 8,000 in face value of “A Share Convertible Bonds” was converted during May, generating the 841 new A shares. • Outstanding principal of the convertible bonds is RMB 11.56 billion, with an adjusted conversion price of RMB 9.50 per A share. • If fully converted, these bonds could yield up to 1.22 billion additional A shares before the conversion window closes on 22 March 2028.
