On February 6, a shareholder of CMON deposited shares into KGI Asia, with the deposited holdings valued at HK$6.33 million, representing 10.66% of the company. Previously, CMON announced that on January 19, 2026, the company plans to place up to 10.32 million placement shares, accounting for approximately 16.67% of the enlarged issued share capital following the completion of the placement.
