徽商银行(03698)于6月14日发布末期股息更新公告，因收到股东提出的年度利润分配临时提案，2025年末期普通股息的最终派发方案将由6月30日举行的年度股东大会投票决定，目前存在两种互斥的现金分红方案。
根据公告，董事会原提议的分配方案为：向股权登记日（2026年7月13日）在册的内资股及H股股东，每10股派送现金股利人民币2.5元（含税）。而由中静新华资产管理有限公司等股东联名提呈的临时提案则建议，每10股派送现金股利人民币3.41元（含税）。两项议案内容相悖，若股东大会同时批准或同时否决两项方案，本行将无法依任一方案派发末期股息，届时将按法规及章程另行履行审议程序。
本次股息派发关键日期已确定：除净日为2026年7月6日，递交股份过户文件的最后时限为7月7日16:30，暂停办理股份过户登记手续为7月8日至13日，股权登记日为7月13日，最终派息日为2026年8月21日。代扣所得税相关信息有待公布。
公司特别提示股东审慎投票，不应就互斥提案同时投下赞成票，以提升决策效率。
