Ekso Bionics Holdings Inc 盘前暴涨超34%。数据中心营运商 APPLIED DIGITAL CORP宣布将分拆其云计算业务，并就该业务与EKSO的拟议业务合并签署了一份非约束性条款协议。公司表示，交易完成后，新公司将以“ChronoScale Corporation”的名义运营。合并后，Applied Digital将持有新公司约97%的股份。该拟议交易预计于2026年上半年完成。
