上海心瑋醫療科技股份有限公司（「上海心瑋醫療」，港交所股票代號06609）於2026年1月15日發布翌日披露報表，披露公司當日在港交所回購H股股份2萬股，佔回購前已發行股本約0.0651%。回購價格範圍介乎每股港幣56.9元至港幣58.25元，總涉資約港幣115.05萬元。
本次回購後，公司H股流通股數由30,733,304股降至30,713,304股，庫藏股增至852,500股，已發行股本總數維持31,565,804股（另有7,268,604股非上市股份）。公開資料顯示，公司回購授權於2025年5月26日獲股東大會通過，目前累計回購H股總數已達852,500股。
公司董事會確認，該等回購等事項已遵守上市規則及相關法律法規要求。公告由董事王國輝簽署。
