The lease term runs from October 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029, spanning a total of thirty-five months, with both the start and end dates included, and the space will be utilized as the company's office in Hong Kong.

The property is located at Units 3216-3218, 32/F, Shui On Centre, 6-8 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong, covering a gross floor area of approximately 2,500 square feet, with a monthly rent of HKD 90,000.

The group primarily engages in property investment and financial services across China and Hong Kong, and it plans to use this premises as its Hong Kong headquarters in the future.
