Ms. Zhang, born in 1981, formerly served in legal and managerial roles at Dalian Port Corporation Limited and related entities. She is currently the head of Liaoning Port’s risk management and legal compliance department. She holds both a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in transportation planning and management, and has qualifications as a corporate lawyer, legal consultant, and senior enterprise compliance officer. Ms. Zhang will not receive any remuneration for her directorship.

According to the announcement, no additional positions, directorships in other listed companies, or major relationships with company stakeholders have been identified. She also does not hold any shares in Liaoning Port or its associated corporations. There are no other matters requiring further disclosure.
