2026年8月24日，硬蛋创新（00400）发布自愿性公告称，公司已就此前披露的意向订单签订正式服务合同。根据合同安排，集团预计在未来五年内获得累计逾10亿美元的服务费收入，并计划自2026年第四季度正式开始交付并提供相关服务。
公告显示，硬蛋创新正在加速构建全球化算力网络，并计划近期将算力中心布局拓展至多个人口亚洲国家，整体规划总算力规模预计超过100兆瓦。集团将通过其Token算力调度平台，为客户提供算力调度、集群运维及Token算力等服务。
本次Token工厂服务的客户涵盖一线互联网云服务供应商及机器人垂直市场客户。董事会指出，正式服务合同的达成进一步验证了集团Token工厂业务模式的商业可行性，推动集团从AI芯片硬件供应商向垂直Token工厂运营商的战略转型，并为集团带来新的增长动力。
