芝加哥商品交易所（CME）周三公布了2026年第二季度业绩，调整后盈利超出华尔街预期，但营收略低于分析师预测。
这家衍生品交易所运营商公布调整后每股收益为2.99美元，高于市场普遍预期的2.95美元。
营收总计17.1亿美元，略低于分析师预期的17.2亿美元，但仍较2025年第二季度的16.9亿美元增长0.8%。
CME集团早盘大涨 6%。
创纪录的市场数据收入支撑业绩
本季度调整后运营收入达12亿美元，调整后净利润总计11亿美元。
清算和交易费用收入为14亿美元，而市场数据收入同比增长20%，达到创纪录的2.38亿美元。
日均交易量达到2980万手，为公司历史上第二高的第二季度交易量，也是第三高的季度交易量。
董事长兼首席执行官特里·达菲表示：“2026年上半年是CME集团历史上最强劲的上半年。我们在营收、调整后运营收入、调整后净利润和调整后每股收益方面均创下上半年纪录，这一切都得益于第一季度创纪录的交易量和我们有史以来第二高的第二季度交易量。”
资本回报保持强劲
本季度每手合约平均费率为0.678美元，而去年同期为0.690美元。
CME集团继续向股东返还资本，本季度支付了4.68亿美元股息，并回购了6.95亿美元普通股。
流动性状况保持强劲
截至2026年6月30日，公司持有23亿美元现金及现金等价物，债务为34亿美元。
CME集团还表示，本季度每日提供的保证金效率优化超过950亿美元，帮助客户降低了其清算网络的资本要求。
