华润置地(01109)公告，于2026年6月9日举行的股东周年大会上，股东以投票表决方式通过了所有决议案，其中包括宣派截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息。
每股末期股息为人民币0.966元（相当于1.11港元），将于2026年8月3日向于2026年6月17日登记在册的股东派付。除非股东选择以人民币收取股息，否则将以港元现金支付。为厘定获发末期股息的权利，公司将于2026年6月17日至6月23日（包括首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记，相关的股份过户文件须于2026年6月16日下午4时30分前送交公司的股份过户登记分处。
