九龙仓集团于2026年3月4日发布截至2026年2月28日的证券变动月报显示，公司普通股本总数为3,056,027,327股，报告期内无新增发行、购回或注销行为，库藏股数量亦保持为零。公司确认其公众持股量符合相关上市规则要求。
月报显示，公司本月未有股份购回或转换活动，普通股本维持3,056,027,327股，期末库藏股数量依旧为零。根据公告披露，已获股东大会批准的股份认购期权计划并无在本月发生期权行使或转让，期权授出与失效数量也未出现变动，截至本月底可行使的期权对应股份数量为305,602,732股。
公司在公告中表示，截至2026年2月末，股本总数保持稳定，符合香港联交所《上市规则》所载的最低公众持股量要求。公告由董事兼公司秘书许仲瑛签署。
