Data Union Capital International Holdings Group Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers for the period ended 31 March 2026, showing no movements in either authorised or issued share capital.

• Authorised share capital remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05, equivalent to HKD 50.00 million.

• Issued share capital closed the month unchanged at 345.60 million ordinary shares; the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

• Public-float status met the 25% minimum threshold required under GEM Rule 17.37B, and the company affirmed full compliance with all listing rules and regulatory requirements.

• The 2017 Share Option Scheme recorded no outstanding, granted, or exercised options during the month, leaving capacity for up to 16.00 million shares to be issued under the plan.

• No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issue arrangements were outstanding or executed in March.

Management, represented by Director Mai Junhui, confirmed that all statutory filings and listing conditions were satisfied. Overall, the March return underscores a period of capital stability for Data Union Capital with continued adherence to Hong Kong Exchange regulations.
