LIU CHONG HING (00194) has announced the appointment of Mr. Tsang Tin For as a Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective May 4, 2026. Mr. Tsang will assist the company's Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and Co-CEO, Mr. Liu Liezhi, in jointly supervising the company's business, daily management, and overall operations. Following Mr. Tsang's appointment as Co-CEO effective May 4, 2026, Mr. Liu Liezhi, the company's Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer, has been re-designated as a Co-Chief Executive Officer. His roles as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board remain unchanged.
