2026年4月9日，MetaLight Inc.（简称“METALIGHT”）公布截至2026年3月31日的股份变动月报。公告显示，公司法定注册股本保持不变，仍为500,000,000股普通股，面值USD0.0001，合计USD50,000。
根据公告，已发行股份（不含库藏股）数量自上月底的154,276,537股增至154,356,537股，较上月增加80,000股。本次增发主要来自2015年通过的上市前股份激励计划，其中80,000股因行使期权而新发行。相关期权行使对应募集资金为USD500。同时，公司于2024年通过的另一项上市前股份激励计划当月有50,000股期权失效。截至3月末，METALIGHT尚无库藏股。
公司在公告中确认，所有新增发行及变动均严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关法律规定。公告由公司董事长、执行董事兼首席执行官孙熙博士签署。
