Infinity Development Holdings Company Limited (ZBA) announced that its engagement of RSM SG as a joint auditor became effective on Dec, 03 2025, coinciding with the company’s secondary listing on the Singapore Exchange.
The firm said RSM SG and RSM Hong Kong will issue separate audit opinions on Infinity Development’s financial results for the fiscal year ended Sep, 30 2025, due to the tight timeframe for registering with the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council.
