公告称，此次回购每股价格介乎1.04港元至1.06港元，总金额约30.84万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为14.42亿股，暂无库藏股。根据公告披露，理士国际先前已于2026年5月15日通过购回授权，本次回购后累计已在交易所内外合计回购股份858万股，约占购回授权决议获通过当日已发行股本的0.595%。
