2026年3月3日，南洋控股有限公司（“公司”）发布，截至2026年2月28日的月报表显示，公司法定注册股本和已发行股份数量在本月均保持不变。公司法定注册股本为6,000,000港元，共60,000,000股（每股面值0.1港元），已发行股份数为33,967,738股。
根据公告，公司当月并无新增股份发行、购回或注销活动，库存股份数量亦无变化。截至报告期末，公司已发行股份总数维持在33,967,738股，公众持股量符合适用的最低要求。
公司在公告中确认，所有与发行、回购或注销相关的法律规定及香港联交所《上市规则》均已遵守。本次月报由公司常务董事荣智权签署。
